Welcome to Receito. By downloading or using the Receito app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Terceleye.
Receito offers a premium subscription service that provides additional features and content for a fee of $1.99 USD per month. By subscribing to Receito Premium, you agree to pay this monthly fee. The subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
Receito may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy virtual goods or services within the app. These purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded Receito. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
In no event shall Terceleye, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Terceleye be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or relating to your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
